Decree 151/2005 WEEE/RoHS Indications for the distributors and the retailers. On the 31st of December 2006 has entered in force the system of management for the Waste from Electronic Electrical Equipment (WEEE), disciplined by the Law n°151/05, that imposes the Producers and Distributors specific obligations referring to the financing of these correlated activities. CANTALE S.p.A. has decided to join to the Consortium EcoR'it, a primary collective system for the management of the WEEE. CANTALE S.p.A has moreover decided to apply to the own making products part of the aforesaid categories, to fulfill in effective and transparent way all the obligations placed in being by the foresaid Law n°151/05.
